Mr. Bingley
Mr. Bingley's main characteristic is affability. He makes friends very quickly,a characteristic that show itself on our very first encounter with him: the ball at Meryton. Despite his high social status, Mr. Bingley is cordial to all. e even puts up with Jane's obnoxious family members, partially due to his affection for Jane herself. Mr. Bingley almost instantly falls in love with Jane, but he just as quickly is dissuaded from proposing by Darcy. Bingley is largely characterized by his tendency to make decisions very quickly and to have a pliable mind. Although he is fickle, he is kind to everyone, a trait that endears him almost immediately to the equally kind Jane.
